INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION

Victoria prepares students for both ABRSM and Trinity examinations. These are internationally recognised levels of assessment and can give students a positive goal of personal progress to work towards.

Each exam syllabus provides a carefully structured objective benchmark, assessed by a highly respected professional musician, who provides feedback about the student’s performance.

Exams provide essential performance opportunities that can help to aid motivation and give students a real sense of achievement.

In the UK they are recognised by Ofqual (The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), DCELLS (The Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills), CCEA (Council for the Curriculum, Examinations & Assessment) and the EQF (European Qualifications Framework).

Grades 6-8 are also included in the UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) tariff, and attract valuable points for university and higher education entry.

EXAMS FOR EVERYONE

Both ABRSM and Trinity now provide practical face to face exams, in front of an examiner and Digital Assessments, submitted via video entry.

There are also Performance Grades, Medals, Diplomas and Certificates in addition to the regular graded exams. So there’s something for everyone, whatever age or level you are.

If you would like to enter for an ABRSM or Trinity exam, Victoria will help you with all the preparation you need to succeed.

Practical face to face exams are provided at a designated exam centre in your local area.

Exam fees are payable direct to the exam board.
